Flea Market/Bazaar Seller Registration Form
Cost: $10.00 per spot. You may pay when you arrive for the event.
Seller set up time: 7 AM. You must be willing to stay until 12 Noon.
Bazaar is open to the public 8 AM - Noon.
Bring your own table, chairs, refreshments and shade. Sellers will be in a paved parking lot.
This form will be emailed to the UUC Office Manager and to Ms. Linda Stoller who will contact you within one business day. If you like, you may phone Ms. Stoller at (727) 442-3551.
Which day are you registering for? You must send a separate registration for each day you desire.
