The Undie Sundays
Every Sunday through June 9 is 'Undie Sunday'. The Economic Justice team is collecting donations of NEW underwear and socks through June 9 for men and women (no children) for the
Pinellas Safe Harbor,
a homeless shelter in Clearwater.
There is a big collection box in the church foyer - let’s fill it to the brim!!

On Sunday, May 26, at 12:30 pm in the Patio Room of the UUC Social Hall, Janet Reynolds and Blue Feather will return to speak to us of Dreams. Janet will stay after the meeting to do private readings,
at her usual rate, for those interested.

Pinellas Energy Efficiency Project
On Saturday, June 8 at 10:00 AM, in the Patio Room of the Social Hall, the Pinellas County Extension Service will demonstrate way to save energy and money in your home.
It is an exciting presentation and there will be giveaways. The event is jointly sponsored by the Environmental Justice Team and Pinellas County Extension Service.

The Feature Length Documentary "The Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil"
On Wednesday, Jun 5, 7-9 pm in the Patio Room of the UUC Social Hall. The Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil is a feature documentary about the hardships and struggles as well as the community and creativity of the Cuban people after the Soviet Union collapsed in 1990 and Cuba's economy went into a tailspin.
