'Outside Art' Art Show
The 'Outside Art' Art Show at the Octagon Arts Center, features local views by Tampa Bay Plein Air Painters: Dorothy Gardiner, Virginia Larrea, Don Eaton, Kirsten Andreason, Melissa Miller Nece and Barbara Kampe Hanson. 30 per cent of the proceeds of the sales go to UUC. The rest go to LOCAL starving artists. Everyone wins! The show runs from December 4, 2008 through January 14, 2009. 'Still Painting at 88' Art Show
The 'Still Painting at 88' Art Show at the Octagon Arts Center, features paintings by Vernon Good, who began his study of art 75 years ago when he was 13 years old. Vernon paints a wide range of subjects that are traditional and very realistic. He is President of the Tarpon Springs Art Association. Please join us for a reception of his art on January 16, 7-9 PM in the Octagon. 30 per cent of the proceeds of the sales of art will go to UUC. The show runs until Frbruary 25, 2009.
